Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days . Shipping will take 2-4 business days . Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing Monday and ship within 1-2 business days . Signature will be required for all orders.Â

SAME DAY PICK UP OR DROP OFF IS ZELLE OR APPLE PAY PAYMENT OPTION ONLY! Payment must be sent within 10 minutes of placing order or order will be cancel . INCLUDE ORDER NAME WHEN SENDING PAYMENT .If you click regular payment option there will be processing time of 1-2 business days .Once you place your order you will receive an email or text with pick up or drop off information . Please make sure information is correct . Return & exchange policy will remain the same for pick up and drop off customers
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once packages have left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier , we are no longer responsible for lost , stolen or delayed packages. We will provide tracking information for all orders and it’s the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address is secure . If you believe your package has been lost or stolen please contact the carrier directly to file a claim .Â
We are happy to assist in filling a claim or providing any information needed to support your case with the carrier, but we can not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as “ delivered “ by the carrier .
